Meeting Packets and Minutes

The Bayfield County Redistricting Committee will be holding an additional meeting on September 29, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. in the Bayfield County Board Room.  The Committee has invited municipality representatives, along with the Bayfield County Board of Supervisors, to attend the meeting an offer public input.

The Bayfield County 2020 CENSUS Redistricting Advisory Committee will be holding a public hearing on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Bayfield County Board Room.  At the public hearing, citizens will be able to view the proposed redistricting options (listed below) and offer public input regarding the options.  Please view the public hearing notice below for more details.

Citizens that would like to submit their input prior to the public hearing are encouraged to view the four mapping options listed below and complete the following form.

The Bayfield County Board of Supervisors will be holding a public hearing on November 9, 2021 at 6:00 PM in the Bayfield County Board Room.

A new mapping option that alters the supervisory district near the Town of Drummond will be presented at the moment.  The new option is pictured below.

approved tentative redistricting option

After four months of meetings, a public hearing, and over 20 map preparations, the Bayfield County Board of Supervisors met on September 30, 2021 for a special meeting and voted to approve a tentative map that will be forwarded to the Bayfield County municipalities.

The first map below is the approved mapping option.  Next to the map, the first link shows the map's new district boundaries while the interactive map link shows the population breakdown for each district.
