MT. ASHWABAY SMA PLAN 2022 (PDF)
The Mt. Ashwabay SMA plan is now available for review. The primary purpose of an SMA plan is to provide a greater level of detail, context and clarity regarding already scheduled forest management activities within a specific designated area (in this case, the Mt. Ashwabay SMA), as directed via the recently revised Bayfield County Forest Comprehensive Land Use Plan (Comprehensive Plan) and in compliance with County Forest Law (CFL).
