partisan primary election
Bayfield County will be holding a fall primary partisan election on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. Three Bayfield County positions will be up for election: Sheriff, Coroner, Clerk of Circuit Court. There will be a number of other constitutional, congressional, and legislative positions up for election as well.

Following the April 5, 2022 election, the Bayfield County Board of Canvass will meet to review the election results. Please review the Notice of the Bayfield County Board of Canvass (PDF) for more details.
Results will be available here once the votes are counted by the municipalities and reported to the Bayfield County Clerk's Office. Once the office receives the results they will be posted on this page, so please check back throughout the evening.
