Snowmobile trails are open in Bayfield County and although we could use some more snow, at least you can get out and do some riding. For the latest snowmobile trail conditions, you can now sign up to receive notifications via email or text message.
Also, Bayfield County Snowmobile Trail maps were updated this year so pick one up at area businesses or order a map online. Better yet, download the free Avenza Maps app on your smartphone and then go to the shopping cart to get the updated Bayfield County Snowmobile Map (also free). Once you download the map to your device, you can locate yourself with GPS out on the trails - even with no cell reception!
