Living Well with Chronic Conditions is a free workshop offered periodically by Bayfield County Health Dept and ADRC that teaches people to better manage their chronic conditions at home in conjunction with their health care providers. Examples of chronic conditions are diabetes, heart disease, chronic pain, obesity, COPD, depression, and MS. Participants learn many skills to deal with the common symptoms like pain, stress, trouble breathing, frustration, poor sleep and many others. Taught by two trained volunteers, the next workshop will be held Tuesdays, May 9-Jun 13,2017 from 9:30A-12N at the Cable Community Center.
