Losing or Maintaining Weight:

By exercising you will burn calories and build muscle, causing you to look better and feel better about yourself. Combining aerobic exercise and strength exercise provides the best results. Aerobic exercise burns calories while strength training builds muscle. If you increase your muscle mass you will increase your metabolism.

Reduces the risk of disease:

Exercise reduces the risk of heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and cancer. Regular amount of exercise can increase your immunity to contagious disease.

Mental Health Benefits:

Exercise increases the flow of oxygen to the brain and the release of endorphins. Exercise can reduce stress, tension and depression. Over all improve your mood.

How to keep going with your exercise program
•Start out slowly
•Set realistic goals
•Change up your exercise program
•Make it a routine, we are creatures of habit
•Make exercise enjoyable and rewarding

Always remember that exercise is a way to keep our body and mind healthy.
