Ashland County Health and Human Services, Bayfield County Human Services and New Horizons North, Inc. of Ashland have partnered for many years to provide community-based services to county residents for a wide variety of services. A reorganization of the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Program is currently underway. The restructuring will impact how programs are delivered. The intent of this reorganization is to maintain the quality of services provided to current CCS participants while expanding the program to additional eligible residents in a fiscally responsible manner. Everyone is working to ensure service continuation during this transition.
