The Food Safety Manager Certification course is an 8 hr. course offered in a 2 day format, with 4 hours of class time each day. This 8 hour course is for managers or employees that have never been certified or their certification has expired for more than 6 months. Cost for this course is $100.00 and includes the cost of all materials, a course book, and exam.

The Manager Re-certification Course is a 4 hour refresher course on food safety, temperature control, and illness prevention in both restaurant and retail establishments. The course is for those who have a current Food Safety Manager Certification or those whose certification has just expired. (within last 6 months)
