The Bayfield County Human Services Department is seeking applicants for a consumer or member-at-large Governing Board Member position for the Aging and Disability Resource Center of the North. The ADRC-N serves Ashland, Bayfield, Iron, Price and Sawyer Counties. Applicants should meet one of the target groups served by the ADRC-N including older adults, adults with a physical or intellectual/developmental disability, or their family members, guardians, or advocates. Preference may be given to a particular target group to ensure full representation within the governing board membership. The governing board generally meets quarterly in the Cable, WI area. Transportation to meetings is the member’s responsibility; stipend and mileage reimbursement is available.
