New this year- four ways to apply:

1. Call our statewide Customer Care Center at 1-800-506-5596 to complete an on demand application.
2. Apply online at https://energybenefit.wi.gov
3. Call to request a paper application form at (715) 373-6144.
4. Call to schedule a phone or in person  interview with a Bayfield County Energy Intake Worker at (715) 373-6144.
