1. When is the Bayfield County Fair?

The 2023 Bayfield County Fair will be held Thursday, Aug.10th through Sunday, August 13th.

2. Where is the Bayfield County Fair held?

The Bayfield County Fair is held at the Bayfield County Fair Grounds in Iron River, WI.
The physical address for the Bayfield County Fair Grounds is 7080 N. Main Street, Iron River, WI 54847. Not all mapping programs give the correct location of the Bayfield County Fair Grounds. The Fair Grounds is located on the corner of Range Line Rd and North Main Street, right off of Hwy 2.

3. If I am not in 4H, can I still enter things in the Fair to be judged?

Yes! There are two categories, one of which is specifically for Youth.

Junior Division: Any youth belonging to a recognized Bayfield County youth organization may enter in the Junior Division and compete against 4H youth and other youth organization members. Some of the other youth organizations include: FFA, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and the Bay Area Christian Home Schoolers.

Open Division: All Wisconsin residents (adults and youth) may enter in the Open Division.

4. Can I bring my pet (dog, cat, etc) to the Fair?

No, pets are NOT allowed on the Fair Grounds during the Bayfield County Fair (except official Service Dogs).

PLEASE do not leave your pets in your vehicle in the parking lot while you are enjoying the Fair.
